Symptoms
An error message occures when accsessing subscription service admin.
The Include file '../../~lib/global.asp' cannot contain '..' to indicate
the parent directory.
Cause
By default parent directory access is disabled on IIS
6.x.
Resolution
Open internet Information Services Manager in Control Panel/Administrative
Tools. Click properties on the folder: "Web Sites". Click on the Home Directrory
tab. Click on Configuration... Click on Options tab and enable the checkbox for:
"Enable parent paths"
